This current release is from Enofa, an artist that we had released a couple of years back, and whom we are personally most enamorued with…and this new album of theirs is cryptically entitled, “Nerra Ninna Noak”. Mx Baker has returned to our fold with a second of their pastorally infused, and most English sounding soundwalks of sorts. The crunch of the wet leaves underfoot, the bird song in the air, the folk cadences of a guitar in the distance, the overall melodic delicate electronic nuances… all of this languid, melancholic ambiance that we are accustomed to from them, are here to enjoy again. Take another lovely stroll through the woods with Enofa… where things are not always what they sound… but may be just what you/we need in dark times like these!
